Counselling Team
Individual, couple and family counselling:
Helping people with the issues of their own drinking or someone else’s alcohol use.
A free counselling service to residents of Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets.
Weekly sessions with counsellors based at venues in each borough and at different times to provide the greatest accessibility.
Black, Asian and women counsellors:
Where there are specific cultural and language needs.
Gay and lesbian counsellors.
Domestic violence and alcohol use:
Onward referral as well as the possibility of work within the agency to address the issues of domestic violence related to alcohol use.
